Single classes are priced individually, from $15 to $23 a class, as listed on the timetable. Packages bundle a full week of classes at a discount.

*Approximate, based on a 10-week term. Package prices already account for public holidays, cancelled classes and short weeks, so no extra credits apply. Packages cover regular classes only, not extension classes, performance troupes, private lessons or extra exam rehearsals.

The studio closes for school holidays. No classes on public holidays unless advised. Regular classes may run on student free days.
Paying your account.
- When
- Within 7 days of your term account being issued. Regular automatic payments can be set up with your bank.
- Direct deposit
- Bank details are on your term account. Use your child's name and account number as the reference, then email [email protected] to let us know.
- Cheque
- Payable to J. Macalpine. Hand it to your teacher in a labelled envelope, or post it to PO Box 800, Edge Hill QLD 4870.
- Cash
- In a sealed envelope showing your child's name and the amount, handed to your teacher in person for a receipt.
Missed classes.
- Absences
- No refunds or credits for lessons missed for personal reasons or illness, and no make-up classes.
- Paying in full
- Fees are paid in full, without deductions for missed classes.
- Cancellations
- If the principal cancels a class, it will be rescheduled or credited.
Competition & extras.
Eisteddfod work is in addition to regular classes. Exam and concert costs are advised when the time comes.

A new routine covers choreographing and teaching it (usually 3-4 hours), selecting and editing music (usually 2-4 hours) and copyright costs. The troupe levy covers rehearsals, choreography, music editing, copyright, props and costume hire. All prices include GST.
